CPO HANSER SERVICE has officially appointed MCI Group Paris as local partner. MCI Group Paris has reserved a large number of hotel rooms in various hotels in different price categories (see list on Registration Form for Tours and Accommodation). The majority of the hotels are located in the city centre. Participants are well advised to book their accommodation as soon as possible via e-mail at

ACCOMMODATION

- Hotel rooms at special congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories all over Paris. There will be no shuttle services provided by the congress between the congress hotels and the Palais des Congrès.
- To make a reservation, click on Online Hotel Reservation (available soon).
A minimum 2 NIGHT deposit is due and will be automatically deduced from the total amount of your hotel bill when leaving.
- Reservation per phone will not be accepted.

ROOM RATES

All rates are indicated in EUROS, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Hotel Reservation Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the congress. Unless otherwise indicated, most of the rates do not include breakfast.

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: 25 August 2007

Hotel reservations received after this date may not be guaranteed and will be made according to availability only. Reservation received without the required deposit and reservation fees will NOT be processed.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to the Hotel Reservation Office according to the following conditions:

- Up to 20 July 2007: EUR 20 will be withheld for administrative fee
- Cancellations between 21 July and 30 August 2007: 1 night deposit will be withheld
- After 30 August 2007: no refund unless the hotel is able to resell the room
